Upcoming visits

The LINK programme is currently preparing for visits to meet up with the National Malaria Control Programmes in Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Uganda. 

The visits are part of LINK's activities engaging with the national malaria programmes to work with them to find out what will help them make a difference.

The visit to Nigeria in June is a mid-term engagement and will involve a technical planning meeting; a session looking at the malaria timeline and a political engagement meeting with senior figures at the National Malaria Elimination Programme.

The project is at a different stage in Uganda and the visit will include data collection.

A malaria control profile was produced for Sierra Leone in 2015 and the next phase will be an initial engagement meeting to look at updating the profile.
