WHO-AFRO

The World Health Organization African Region (WHO-AFRO) is one of the six regions of WHO. WHO in the African Region works towards the attainment by all peoples of the highest level of health.

WHO-AFRO is working with the UK Department of International Development to address the challenges of malaria control in Africa.

Project aim

The goal is to increase the number of countries in the African region that have reduced malaria case incidence or malaria admission rates.

LINK is working in collaboration with WHO-AFRO on this project with the purpose of: 

  • Strengthening the use of data for malaria decision making and action in the African region
