7th Emergency Environmental Health Forum Event Report

The 7th Emergency Environmental Health Forum (EEHF) took place from 24th – 25th November 2016 in Kathmandu, Nepal. It brought together water, sanitation and hygiene experts from organisations such as Action Contre la Faim, the International Rescue Committee, Médecins Sans Frontières, Oxfam, the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement, UNHCR and UNICEF and as well as academic experts from institutions such as the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Tufts University. The forum provided an opportunity to exchange recent field experiences and explore innovative approaches amongst over 150 attendees and discuss ways for future action and interventions for WASH in emergencies.
