Building City-Wide Strategies from the Bottom Up: Zimbabwe Situational Analysis

Rapidly growing urban populations and informal settlements coupled with inadequate sanitation provision create a concerning picture in the majority of major cities in developing countries. The SHARE-funded City-Wide Sanitation project that took place in Zimbabwe, amongst other countries, seeks to address this. One of the first steps of the project was an analysis of the current situation in the city under study, Chinhoyi, the results of which are outlined in this research report.
