Synthesising Existing Knowledge on Menstrual Hygiene Management

This RIU Summary outlines research that will be undertaken by WaterAid and LSHTM to highlight successful approaches to MHM in developing countries and to better understand the impact of general menstrual hygiene practices on health and education. It is anticipated that the data collected will be synthesised into a practitioner’s manual and targeted at workers in the hygiene sector.
