The Effect of a Novel Early Childhood Hygiene Intervention on Enteric Infections and Growth Faltering in Low-Income Informal Settlements of Kisumu, Kenya
This briefing note outlines SHARE phase II research to be undertaken by GLUK which will design and test a novel child hygiene intervention targeting caregivers' food preparation and infant feeding practices (in domestic settings) with the view to reducing enteric infections and growth faltering in low-income informal settlements of Kisumu, Kenya. It summarises the two stages of the project and its intended relevance and uptake.
